Refunds and duplicate charges

The process of cancelling your ParagraphAI Pro subscription is dependent on the platform used to set up your account.

iOS:

If you subscribed to ParagraphAI Pro through the iOS App Store, due to Apple's user privacy and consumer data protection, you will need to contact Apple support to start a refund request. You can follow the directions at the link below to get started. Unfortunately, ParagraphAI is unable to process refunds of purchases made through the App Store directly.

If you subscribed to ParagraphAI Pro via your the Google Play Store or our web platform (the Chrome Extension and Stripe), please contact hi@paragraphai.com and a user support agent will be in contact with you.
