Cancelling your subscription

The process of cancelling your ParagraphAI Pro subscription is dependent on the platform used to set up your account.

iOS:

To cancel a subscription processed via the iOS App Store:

1. Open the App Store
2. Click on the icon at the top right to open your account page
3. Select subscriptions
4. Under your active subscriptions, select ParagraphAI
5. Click "Cancel Subscription"

Android:

To cancel a subscription processed via the Google Play Store:

1. Open the App Store
2. Click on the icon at the top right to open your account page
3. Select subscriptions
4. Under your active subscriptions, select ParagraphAI
5. Click "Cancel Subscription"

Chrome Extension:

To cancel a subscription processed via our web platform, you have the option of processing the cancellation on your mobile device or your personal computer:

Mobile:

1. Open the ParagraphAI application
2. Navigate to the settings page
3. Click on the “Manage” button
4. This will redirect you to the login page for the ParagraphAI web app, where you will be prompted to re-authenticate
5. Scroll down to the subscription section and click the "Manage Subscription" button
6. This will redirect you to your Stripe account page, where you will be able to cancel the subscription

PC:

1. Open Google Chrome
2. Open the ParagraphAI Chrome extension
3. Click the profile icon located at the bottom right
4. Select "My Subscription"
5. This will redirect you to the Stripe account page, where you will be able to cancel the subscription
