Making changes to your ParagraphAI plan and billing information

The process of changing your ParagraphAI Pro plan or changing your billing information is dependent on the platform used to set up your account.

iOS:

To make changes to a subscription processed through the iOS App Store:

  1. Open the App Store
  2. Click on the icon at the top right to open your account page
  3. Select subscriptions
  4. Under your active subscriptions, select ParagraphAI
  5. Make any changes necessary

To make changes to your billing information:

  1. Open the App Store
  2. Click on the icon at the top right to open your account page
  3. Click on the name and email shown
  4. Select "Manage Payments"
  5. Make any changes necessary

Android:

To make changes to a subscription processed through the Google Play Store:

  1. Open the Play Store
  2. Click on the icon at the top right to open your account page
  3. Select subscriptions
  4. Under your active subscriptions, select ParagraphAI
  5. Make any changes necessary

To make changes to your billing information:

  1. Open the Play Store
  2. Click on the icon at the top right to open your account page
  3. Click on the name and email shown
  4. Select "Manage Payments"
  5. Make any changes necessary

Chrome Extension:

To make changes to a subscription processed via our web platform, you have the option of processing the changes on your mobile device or your personal computer:

Mobile:
  1. Open the ParagraphAI application
  2. Navigate to the settings page
  3. Click the "Manage" button
  4. This will redirect you to the login page for the ParagraphAI web app, where you will be prompted to re-authenticate
  5. Scroll down to the subscription section and click on the "Manage Subscription" button
  6. This will redirect you to the Stripe account page, where you will be able to make changes to your current plan or modify your billing information
Chrome:
  1. Open Google Chrome
  2. Open the ParagraphAI extension
  3. Click the profile icon at the bottom right
  4. Select "My Subscription"
  5. This will redirect you to the Stripe account page, where you will be able to make changes to your current plan or modify your billing information
